TalkingDeck Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of your order, the respective number of Slide Test and Slide Export credits will be added to your account within TalkingDeck interface in accordance with the terms applicable.

You will be able to use all your newly purchased Slide Test and Slide Export credits during the 30 day period following your purchase.

The expiry date of all your existing Slide Test and Slide Export credits will also be extended till the end of the 30 day period following your new purchase.

In case that the newly purchased Slide Test and Slide Export credits are not added to your account and/or the validity of the existing Slide Test and Slide Export credits is not extended, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received and delivered to you.
